Need A Place To Relax?

Many PHS students are looking for a chance to relax and take a break from all of the stress in life, and they’ve found it at the PHS Yoga Club. Students and staff practice yoga in a comfortable and calm environment. Studies show that yoga is not only great for physical health, but mental health, too. Those doing Yoga get a better night’s sleep, have a sharper mind, and are more likely to have a positive mindset. Ms. Jones invites you to find your inner peace Fridays at the beginning of lunch in The Pulse. People of all levels are welcome to join as the poses are fairly simple and easy to follow along. Seek a life of joy, gratitude, and positivity with yoga.
