COMING SOON - People of Preston
Based on the popular Humans of New York blog, the Panther Prowl is proud to present the People of Preston project. Out of the 1300 students that attend Preston High School, how many of them do you really know? You’ve most likely seen their faces in the hall, sitting behind you in math, or even in the calf line on sub day. The reality is, even though Preston is a small school, we’re lacking a sense of community. We’ve failed to realize that behind those nameless faces, is a story most of us will never hear. We all have a voice and we all have something to say but, that voice can easily get lost in the crowd of the highschool hierarchy. The goal of the People of Preston project is to give everyone and anyone a chance for their voice to be heard. If someone from the Newspaper Club approaches you with a question, don’t be shy. Give them an answer and a chance to take a picture of you, your shoes, hair, or jacket etc and let your opinion be heard!
